Unfortunately I had to pull this module.  It seems there is also an issue with maintaining state.  My boss was in the middle of a long update where he was periodically hitting save and continue with no issues until he was done and clicked save.  It dropped all of his changes and was left (an hour later) back to the original.  I've moved off to a Deki Wiki virtual appliance which I'm just iFraming within the portal.

Good luck on future releases, hopefully that doc I sent will help a little with whatever issue may exist...

one suggestion I can make... there is a known bug in this version with the word "alert", where it will delete everything from that to the second set of double-quotes (JavaScript exploit protection malfunctioning!). I get around this by manually inserting a set of blank tags in the middle of the word (i.e. al<b></b>ert) or whatever. Have a look and see if that 4 pages of text contains the word 'alert'.

Unfortunately, the FCKeditor (I assume) removes any blank tags on save, so you've gotta remember to pop them back in every time you edit the text! This has apparently been resolved in the 04.01.00 release that is currently in progress.

for details, see the issue in Gemini: here.

I have DNN 04.08.04

Wiki 04.01.00

Is there something else that I'm supposed to upgrade?  Because the truncation after and including the word "a_l_e_r_t" still happened for me.  Well, when I say "still", this is my first play-around with the Wiki module.  So a high percent chance I'm doing something wrong.

Cheers.

Are there any updates on this? No matter what I do Wiki truncates the content. I'm using DNN 4.9.0 with latest Wiki version.

Saleem, I would ask that you verify on the Host settings page that your install of DNN is actually 4.9.0, if you're seeing the Green/Black 4.9.0 on the top of your pages, that just means there is a new release available for you to upgrade to.

Is your content being trimmed after the word Alert? or another word?
