Hi All,
I have an ASPX page which I want to access from the portal. I copied the aspx page to Portal 0, added a link on Portal Homepage pointing to the aspx page. On Clicking the link, I see aspx source code. Is there a way to deploy an aspx page on to a portal, other than converting it to a module?

Thankyou,
Regards,
Akash

That's not quite the way that DotNetNuke works.  I'd advise you to spend a little time learning about the DotNetNuke framework, and relationships between portals, pages, and modules.

I'd recommend the book by Shaun Walker, et. al.  On the web, there are some really good tutorials about DotNetNuke located at DNNCreative.com.  This is a subscription service.

Is there a way to exclude a path from being 'handled' by DNN?

I've created a page that runs on the same site as my DNN installation, but any requests to it just get redirected to the home-page.

I was hoping there'd be a way to exlude a path from DNN's control.

What kind of functionality are you trying to add?

A DNN module is nothing but a control that inherits PortalModuleBase...
