I’m new with DNN.

I’m trying to use the feedback module and I have gotten some problems.

Basically the message is not sent: nor the main one, neither the copy, but the system reports success in sending the message.

I have seen the note about the SMTP configuration and I have some doubts.

Indeed I DIDN’T transfer my domain to DotNetPark yet. I intend to prepare everything before make the redirection of the original web addresses.

Though, I have used a SMTP address of an alternative e-mail account I have and that works fine.

I have set the SMTP address in the Host settings, but the problem still remains.

Can anyone help me with this mess?

Thanks in advance.
