Is there any way to customize Registration Process.

I need to add an extra field to Registration form . This is customer type field.

After selecting the customer type a new page will come based on customer type.In this page Various information will be collected based on customer type.

And After completeing this form registration process will be completed.

i have a similar need/requirement, but i wanted to know if there is a way to add a dropdown list at registration.

the dropdown will hold department names as a requirement at registration. so when the user signs up, they have to choose their department. i've created the

different departments under groups, so that depending on which department user is logged in, they'll have access to general pages

as well as only department specific pages.

can this be done?

You'll need to look into third party registration forms - Datasprings Dynamic Registration is one and I think UcanUse still does one, but look around on Snowcovered or the DNN marketplace (link top right) for others as well.
