I read somewhere that the reports 5 module requires DNN version 4.6.2, so I did an upgrade from DNN 4.5.5 to DNN 4.6.2.

Then I went to download the install for reports 5 and it says DNN 4.7 is required.

Can you confirm which version is required? With all the issues regarding 4.8 upgrades, I don't want to upgrade unless it is necessary.

It may run on 4.6, but I recommend 4.7. However, if you want to try it out on 4.6, make sure you backup your data before installing.
