I am encountering a time out when I upload files over 2ish MBs. I am wondering if anyone could tell me where I find the values determining the max file upload size and timeout time? and some appropriate settings for those said values.

Open web.config and edit this line:

<httpRuntime useFullyQualifiedRedirectUrl="true" maxRequestLength="8192" requestLengthDiskThreshold="8192" />

to

<httpRuntime useFullyQualifiedRedirectUrl="true" maxRequestLength="21000" requestLengthDiskThreshold="21000" executionTimeout="1200"/>

It will raise the maximum file size you can upload to app. 20MB and time out to 1200 seconds.
