Greetings!

I need to return the first name and last name of the current user so it can be displayed in a membership certificate that is printed by the user. I've tried using the ActiveHTML from Brillnant, but can not figure put how to get the current UserID and use it to return the needed columns from the Users table.

Is there a way to pass the current UserID to the query string? Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks for your time!

Matt

Matt,

If all you want to do is show the current users name.  You can do that in the latest text/html module v 4.7 and DNN 4.8. see http://www.dotnetnuke.com/Community/Forums/tabid/795/forumid/33/threadid/199922/scope/posts/Default.aspx

Our Brillnat module dbHTML should work to get info based on the current user.  We are upgrading the ActiveHTML this week to include those tags in the sql query string as well.

See my response to the email you sent about your use of the ActiveHTML module.

Hi Michael,

Thanks for the information. Will your next version be available for those of us with the previous version?

Also, I didn't receive the email you sent to me. Can you please resend to mkiolbassa@ntelogic.com?

Thanks!
Matt
