I'd like to find out how to create dlls for my modules. The dll need to be named of the form companyname.module as per the namespace of my modules.

I'm using VS2005 and DNN 4.x, and using the Starter Kit, normally picking the 'DNN Dynamic Module template'.  I create my module into a configured 'install' version of DNN.  Compiling in VS2005 creates the app_code_xxx files on a per folder basis but this not what I need.

I have tried all sorts of approaches with no success. Michael Washington's stuff on adefwebserver is the most useful but I'm still missing some or other key step.  I felt I got furthest by moving the finished source code into a new project alongside the DNN project and compiling there but still fails.

Any ideas?  Although I'm not snookered ( I can continue to rely on dynamic compilation) but I really need to resolve this because I'd like to distribute my modules without having to give away the class libraries and codebehind files as well.
