That makes plenty of sense.  One of the earlier 4.x versions did not render the selection of module alignment.

Thanks for all your suggestions, but I will tell you what I think happened.  I must have set one of the modules to be the "default" for all new ones.  This was not really working in the 4.5 version that I used, because whenever I set that, it didn't really affect any new modules I added.

Once I upgraded to 4.8, whatever settings I chose as "default" setting, were spread across the site for all modules.  I had to change another module to the default settings (I actually had to do this twice) and then all the modules settings changed, and I could go into the individual ones that I wanted to be different and change them.

WHEW!  did that make any sense?  Probably not, because it didn't to me either.  I think it was just something flaky.  Might have missed a step on the upgrade?

Thanks for your input.

Hey,

This is not working for me...
After the upgrade, all the content inside module is aligned to left for some reason...
When I do try to change certain containers content to be centered, nothing happens and even if I select center... everything still stays left aligned.

Any help will be appretiated. Thanks.

Hve you re-checked your skin mark-up (HTML) and CSS to make sure that there aren't any residual references to the skin alignment that might have been getting overridden by DNN before?  Also, check the database for any residual alignments.
