My problem is this:
I add module to page, hit settings button, make some modifications, hit save. Back to the page everything is there and OK. Hit refresh, module is gone. Hit refresh a couple of times and it is back. Change other settings, such as module container. Hit save. Back to page, everything is OK. Leave the page and come back. The module is back to its previous container, not the last one I set. Hit refresh, module is back to normal. Hit refresh, module is gone.

The same thing happen with pages and files. Youc create a new page and it is there for 1min and then it disappear. Play around a bit and it reappears. You upload a file, everything is going good, suddently the file disappear from the list. Hit refresh and is back.
After a day or two, if a go back to these modules or pages, behavior is ok.

Does anyone have seen this kind of problem? It's dirving me nuts !!

Thanks

I am seeing the same behavior with a fresh install of DNN 4.0.2 on Windows Server 2003.

Any help would be appreciated.

It sounds like a cache issue.  Try clearing the cache from the host settings and also in your browser.

We're are having the same problems as you. Did the suggestion about caching fix the problem?
Thanks

Not by cleaning the cache, but by changing the the setting. When I first experienced the module disappearing problem, the "Performance Setting:"  was the default one (Moderate caching).  To try and fix this problem, I turned caching off (No caching), seemed to work but the performance on the site started sucking massively, so I reset the value back to Moderate.  Since then, the performance has gotten WAY better , but I've started seeing the disappearing module problem creeping back again.
