you'll find the source code in the resources.zip that is within that zip - some projects make their source packages installable with source i.e. you can upload this into an existing dnn site and it will install the feedback module and unzip the resources.zip so that you can see the code (and open the project and make changes that are immediately visible on your site)

Cathay is pretty much correct. If you install the Sources package in the standard way, it should create a working module and working dev environment. If I remember correctly, the source codes is in sources.zip in the package rather than resources.zip.
