please be advised to use individual terms of use and privacy statement according to the site's purpose and situation.

To customize terms of use and privacy statement go to Language in Admin menu and enter the language editor. in the file displayed by default scroll down to find Msg_Terms and Msg_Privacy keys. you can use the upright arrow to open the text in rich text editor.

I know how customize terms of use and privacy statement, the problem is another, try to explain better:

I've site1 and site2 in the same DNN installation. For site2 I've terms of use and privacy statement different from site1, so How I can do a change without change for all sites present in the same DNN installation?

Thanks

if you modify localization in admin menu, only current portal is affected. All other portals of the installation will continue to use default resources (or its own customization). Customizations per portal (or for all portals in Host mode - opposite to System mode) are preserved on upgrades.

To build on Sebastian's post - create the policy statement on your first portal (default portal).  Then log into your second portal as an administrator and from the localization menu (under Admin menu option), make changes to your policy statement. If you check in the file system, you'll notice a new globalresources file created in app_Globalresources but which has your PortalID appended to it (PortalID for the 2nd portal).... Now your 2nd portal should start using the new resource file.

Note also that as Sebastian explained, if you don't override all values, it would default to the main one for the values to use on the site. So for example, if you modify the Privacy Policy but leave the terms policy, the 2nd website will use the terms policy from the original site.
