Hello All,

I wrote a module on 4.5.5 that displays a couple of custom reports to the user based on the information that the user enters in.  This module works perfectly on my development machine, but when we try to install this on a live version of DotNetNuke version 4.5.5 we get this error

Error: Portal_Training is currently unavailable.

Can someone please explain to me what is causing this error

Hello All,

I have figured this one out.  This is related to the .Net 2.0 Framework.  In order to view specific ASP on either an ASP site or a DotNetNuke Module you need the following three dlls

Microsoft.ReportViewer.Common.dll
Microsoft.ReportViewer.WebForms.dll
Microsoft.ReportViewer.ProcessingObjectModel.dll

In case anyone ever has a problem simaller to this these files should be located in your cache C:/Windows/assembly

look for

Microsoft.ReportViewer.Common
Microsoft.ReportViewer.WebForms
Microsoft.ReportViewer.ProcessingObjectModel

If you do not have these files there is a file called reportviewer.exe that needs to be ran.  It can be downloaded from

http://www.microsoft.com/Downloads/details.aspx?familyid=8A166CAC-758D-45C8-B637-DD7726E61367&displaylang=en

After you install the file uninstall the module from your portal and then reinstall it.  All should work fine.

My problem was that I had these files on my development machine, but they where not on the webserver.
