For example if I have Version 4.0, it is saying "hey, Version 3.0 is online, you can get this version!". Wny is this happening?´Something with the Threads is may be wrong? I don't know where to look for the error....

It looks like some issues on upgrading your database on upgrade.  Have you change anytime your databaseOwner or else?   Or are the folder and files permissions not setting right?

What version of DNN and what version of Forum Module are you using?

I'm using DNN 4.8.0 and Forum 4.4.3. I think I changed one time the database owner. But only one time...

On upgrading not all tables and spocs of the Database will be updated.  Only the artifacs with changeings are upgraded.  So you have to check now all artifacs of your database.  The changing of DatabaseOwner is critical, about not all artifacts will be upgraded.  This caused also on the DNN and other modules.

So it can be that you have now all tables and other database artifacs double in your database.
