I am proud to annouce the release of version 01.05.05 of the Expandable Text/HTML Module.  This module is a free module available to all registered members of my site that allows you to create expand/collapsable text elements in a self contained module.  Full template support allows you to work with the content to format it to your needs.  The new features with this version include.

  • Addition of a Sort Order option to allow a forceful re-order of the elements in the display
  • Addition of expand and collapse images, that help providing visual indicators to the users what happens when you click on something.

For a full list of features and to download the module please visit the Expandable Text/HTML Product Page.

As mentioned with previous module releases, I would enjoy hearing from users of this module about how it can be made better and how it is being used!

Thank you very much for this great module!   Like I stated on your forums this will now be the official DNN replacement for the "twisty.js".   No longer do I need to manually add java script, and edit the HTML source to deliver collapsible content.   This module along with a good tabbed content module makes for very nice presentation easily recognized by users.

If there was a way to make this a standard option in the Text/HTML module consider this the first vote for such a feature.
Thanks....

Sweet module Mitchel.  Thank you.
I downloaded it yesterday and it will get very good use.   I also added the module to the modules listing on my site.
