I tried to use EasyCGI's VPS plan to transfer my current site. But I found their service are not suitable for my case, so I cancel my hosting plan within 1 week, I also received a e-mail said I had cancel my subscription already.

But this week, my credit card said I was charged for the hosting fee. Then I sent two e-mail to them 2 days before but without any response now.

Did I miss something. Does anybody know how to get the refound from EasyCGI?
