Actually I get this on any mod I attempt to upload.

Any one point me in the right direction. this is new install, and previous to this I was having permission issues, however thought I corrected them when it finally installed and allowed login.

I see it timing out in the error which may lead me to believe that the permissions are not there so maybe it's unabe to write.. in which folder however I have no idea.. just a guess.

Thanks again for anyone that can throw a bone.

It's not good when crispy passes your stuff up and doesn't know :)

hehe

This is a problem with your install and not the module itself.  What I would first check is the file size set in the web.config.

  <!-- allow large file uploads -->
  <httpRuntime useFullyQualifiedRedirectUrl="true" maxRequestLength="8192" />

you can bump that up to 10000 or something insane and see if that fixes it.

: Herumpth :

I created fresh SQL database, and reinstalled just to be safe, it installs giving thumbs up on every aspect, no errors. using new maxrequestlength to 100000 i try to install mod zip file.

Same error..

I'm not an unintelligent person, and understand the processes involved here, but for being such a goto easy application, I sure am running into walls..

Whats the second thing you would look at, and if the install is wrong what do I look at to ensure it's right. I assumed that after it walks through the init string on install and provides the goto portal link it had worked and subsequently got everything it needed from database and permissions..
