Okay, before we get to far, I am not an expert by any stretch, and this site has been my source of info for getting this far.  We built a website as a local install (XP Pro, Express 2005, DNN 4.07) and it is pretty cool on the local install.  We registered a new domain for our site ( northstarcamaroclub.com is our old site, and we just added northstarcamaroclub.net).  I spent last night uploading the entire folder (called DNN_4_7) from my inetpub/wwwroot folder on my machine.  Now that everything is finally uploaded (took a LONG time), what do I do to get the site up and running?  Do I have to run the install again on the server?  What is the quickest way to get everything running?  I don't want to have to rebuild everything again.  I do know that I will need to have the install up a folder (in the root instead of in northstarcamaroclub.net/DNN_4_7).  Any help appreciated, hope to have something to show you guys soon...

Did you download and read the installation documentation?

There is an install document for moving a local site out to a server?  I would gladly read that!
