We currently do not provide functions for  client-side validation of noscripts in HTML, i.e. it would be a serverside validatation with an additional roundtrip. since it is a security function only, I do not really see a need to confrontate the user with the requirement to alter the text.

Try it out, The best test is if you test it yourself. People saying it would affect or not wouldn't make any difference if your environment are different than what they have. Like I had mentioned before, you have the full source for everything and can make whatever changes you need to in order to suit your requirements.
