Hello:

I am new to this application and have to admint I am getting a little frustrated with it.  I managed to get all the way through the installation and everything seemed fine.  I edited the portalalias to be able to connect from other locations but now when i try to connect to the site it just loads forever but never actually gets there.  The OS is Windows 2003 and the browser is IE7.  The DNN version is the newest one available on the site.  Thanks in advance for any guidance...

If you change the Alias in DotNetNuke i.e from localhost to domain.com, you have edit the Header in the IIS too.  Also you must habe a Alias in the DNS or a Host A record to the IP in the DNS too.

I was able to resolve it by installing AJAX 1.0.  Thank you for your response though!
