Ton,

I assume you use SQL Server 2000, there had been a packaging issue, which has been fixed and packages republished  the same day. I suggest to download the package again, extrackt the 04.08.01.sqldataprovider file (from same folder) and run the content manually from inside Host :: SQL (check "run as script").

Sebastian,

I guess I downloaded the update zip before it was changed.  This is the first time I will be trying to manually run the script.  I have a good idea what I replace {databaseOwner} with, but what do I replace {objectQualifier} with in the script before I run it?

Cheers
Dave

I got my site working, checked the web.config file and had an error in it where I did not remove the comments correctly as I use SQL 2000.
