Hi,

I am asetting up a new DotNetNuke site for internal use and would like to provide the Drag and Drop functionality for modules to all users ( even non admin ).

Can someone tell me how this can be achieved.

Thanks

IJ

To move modules on the page required edit rights to the page.  You will need to set the pages that you want this to happen on to be editable by all users.

Hope that helps,

Letting just anyone drag modules around the pages would be a nightmare for one and all.

I'm guessing what you're actually trying to do is allow people to create their own personal page layout. If that's correct then there is a recent add-in that does this. I saw it here: http://www.snowcovered.com/snowcovered2/Default.aspx?tabid=242&PackageID=9716

Hi Brian,

Thanks, that works. I forgot to mention it in the original post, but I do not want to show the control panel to normal users and I do not also want to give them Design rights. Both these things happen if I make the user group Page Editors.

Any suggestions

Thanks
