Guys,

I'm new to Reports Module. Here's my problem: I used a Documents module and I used this option on the module:

Bryan,

You have a few options.

A.) On a document by document basis you can view the information using the functionality on the edit page.  (Scroll to the very bottom of the page and you will see options to display a report.

B.) You can create a custom report via the reports module.  The information is stored in the UrlTracking tables of the core DNN system

thanks for the response. At least I have some ideas now how to create reports on Documents. It really helps. :)

I tried to make the query "select * from UrlTracking"

and returned me a number of items (UrlTrackingID, PortalID, Url, UrlType, Clicks, LastClick, CreatedDate, LogActivity, TrackClicks, ModuleId, NewWindow).I have difficult to understand what the field associated with the user name to see which files have been downloaded by each user. 

Can you help me?

hi, i think you'll never know if the document is downloaded or not, just the click part, and it will only display the module id/document id... cheers.
