The Top Menu looks really awful, I had a hard time getting it right in FF in the first place, because of SolPartMenu's inane use of td's instead of a ul / li structure...

could anyone please help?

What is the issue your having IE 7 renders it fine, as does FF, what version of IE is causing the issue 5.5 or 6 or both?

I'm using IE 7.0... it doesn't render correctly here, the MouseOver is really strange... The tabs are not displayed correctly

I mean 'Unternehmen' 'Produkte' etc... please move your mouse over them and then click it to see what the 'Tab' should look like

notinmyname,

Have you looked into other navigation menu solutions? I know the House Menu is very popular and uses an unordered list, depending on the complexity of your menu  -- it may be much easier to style.

Also, for my own curiosity, was it a requirement that you use the solpartmenu or did you choose to use it for any other reason?

Take care,

Ian

If you want to use a ul/li based menu, use house of snapsis.

The border styling of your .menuitem td class is causing you problems. The .selectitem class has a border, while the menu-item class does not have a border.
