how do you specify vendor files? By banner module or a custom Security role?

If i added a new vendor say ABC CARS and i wanted to allow an editor to add / upfate / remove banners for ABC , but i do not want to grant  an admin role for them ( for saftey reasons ) but would need them to have page access ( which is fine ) and acess to the ABC CARS vendor file. Thanks for any help

this will be possible with dnn 5, currently I am not sure, if TRTControlPanel from www.davebuckner.com might suit your need.
