I have version 03.01.13 installed. I set up an instance of the module, then I decided to I wanted to change the folder structure. Realizing that I couldn't change the repository folder, i deleted all instances of module. Then I tried to delete folder using file manager. I get an error that says the directory is not empyt even though it is. This is not such a big deal. But now, if I add a new instance of the module, the settings don't display the repository folder settings. Any ideas?

try going to the Admin->Recycle Bin, and empty your recycle bin, or at least delete all instances of the Repository module in the recycle bin

when you delete a module from a page, it doesn't really delete it, it just marks it as 'deleted'. it's possible the module is getting confused by module entries that are not active.

I uninstalled module definition then reinstalled it. I emptied DNN module and page recycle bin.  I deleted the \Repository folders and its sub-folders. (I synchronized file system to be sure it is gone.) I added a new instance of the module, and behold, it didn't give me the option to set the repository folder. When I went to DNN file manager, it had re-created the default folders.

FYI: I am using Repository 03.01.13 and DNN 04.06.02.

I don't want to sound like a complainer. I think DNN and this module is awesome! I'm just trying to get it to work.

try logging into your dotnetnuke web site using the HOST account, THEN go to the Repository module settings page.
