I did a new install with the same package to the directory C:\Inetpub\wwwroot\DNNConceptInstall2. After configuring and running, I get this url and message:

http://localhost/dnnconcept

"The page cannot be found"

The database is already installed. Do I need to run install again?

The application event log shows this:

Thanks, Jeff. That was part of the problem. The appSettings string was still using Windows authentication. I changed that and still had the Listing Denied error. After I restarted IIS, it went away. I can't say that was the fix though.
