I need to do a catalog-type page where a few fields from each record are listed catalog-style, with a link from each item to a detail page.

I found the "Advanced" pre-defined XSL stylesheet which seems to be for that functionality, but I need to be able to use a custom XSL template for both the catalog page and the detail page, and I can't see how to accomplish this. In Dreamweaver I was able to pass the record ID as a parameter to the detail page template.  In DNN I understand that I can have multiple instances of a table with different style sheets, but if I do that I don't see how to pass the record ID from the catalog page to the detail page.

I'm sure this must be possible, so what am I missing?

Thanks a lot!

-Michael

Michael,

if you use latest version of UserDefinedTable (UDT 3.4.0), you will find the XSL generator, that has options to support master-detail.

Okay, I found what you meant. I just missed it the first time, you need to drill all the way down in the XSL generator.

Thanks for the help. I LOVE this app!
