I have read and searched this forum for instructions to setup the source code.  What are the requisites?  Do I need DNN 4.8 and VS 2008?

I uploaded the Reports version 5 into DNN 4.7/VS 2005 but could not find a way to debug and setup breakpoint.

Best,
Harold Rumel

DNN Reports version 5 includes many advanced features.   It makes you want to open up the source and learn them.  Andrew Nurse must be a very gifted programmer.

This blog has instructions and screenshots to setup module in VS 2005.  It was a trial/error approach to get it to work in VS 2005 and DNN 4.7.

Thanks for the excellent post Fuji! Unfortunately, with all the rush getting 5.0 out and my full-time studies, I haven't been able to put together a proper guide to opening and editing the source.

Would you mind if I linked to this post from my Blog?

I am amazed at the  Reports module technical depth.  Maybe you want to tell your professor to give you school credits for it

Feel free to link to the blog.  If you need help with documentation, I'll be happy to help.  I am sure other members in the forum will happy to do so too.
