In version 2.1 in the TaxController.cs class there is a method that gets tax information that does not close the connection to the database. This is not noticeable at first, but after a while your site will run out of connections and the site will be unavailable.

Here is the fix.

 
public TaxInfo GetTaxRates(int portalID)
{

 TaxInfo taxInfo = new TaxInfo();
 using (IDataReader reader = DataProvider.Instance().GetTaxRates(portalID))
 {
         if (reader.Read())
         {
               taxInfo.DefaultTaxRate = (reader["DefaultTaxRate"] == System.DBNull.Value) ? -1 : (decimal)reader["DefaultTaxRate"];
               taxInfo.ShowTax = (bool)reader["ShowTax"];

  }

 }

 return taxInfo;
}

Where can I find this file or code.  I can seem to find it albeit I'm using version 2.1
