Don't let anyone try and over complicate this as they have already. It's simple. Restart/refresh your database then refresh the page you're on and you should see the installer. No sweat.

How do you restart/refresh the database?

Now for some reason I'm getting this error.


Description: An error occurred during the processing of a configuration file required to service this request. Please review the specific error details below and modify your configuration file appropriately.

Parser Error Message: The entry 'SiteSqlServer' has already been added.

No matter how many times I look or use notepad's "find" function, that's the only one there.

I sometimes have this issue, Its usually related to my Sql Server login settings, you need to give the login database owner status so it will behanve correctly
