I am not sure what I am doing wrong but I have setup a virtural directory on a Windows 2000 server with a sql server 2005 database.  From inside the network I can view the website but when I try externally I cannot I get cannot display the webpage.  I can access other sites that are on the server externally that use sql server 2005 but I can not access the DNN Site.  I am sure the port 80 is open on the firewall because I acn see the other sites. I have set the Unauthenticated Users to view permissions.  I am not sure what is going on please help

Do you have an external Portal Alias defined for that site? If not it is probably trying to redirect users to the internal alias which would then return an error
