I am trying to figure out a way to modify the [USER] SkinToken, I want to Fix a specified Skin for that control. I am using a Mainskin for my home page but I want to be able to click on the skintoken then when its clicked to use a different skin setting. But when I Click it in the mainskin it uses the mainskin, when I click it in the Catalogskin it uses the catalog skin. I want this skin token to always use the specified skin no matter what page im in or what skin im under at that moment I want to be able to control which skin is used when that skintoken is clicked. Is this possible. Thanks if you can help me.

There is a skinning forum for these questions, but the basic answer is that the function you ask for is not available natively.  The control doesn't actually change the page, just what is displayed on it, so there isn't a separate "page" to skin.  You might be able to create a page that incorporates the User control, skin that and in all other skins provide a link to it instead of using the [USER] token.
