Ok, either using an ordered list in this editor does not work, or the colon character causes problems. It looked find when I previewed it before submitting.

It's unfortunate that posting about the problem might actually be more difficult than solving the problem itself.

Perhaps try pasting your data into notepad, to remove the markup, re-copying, and then pasting into the editor?

The formatting was stripped to the bare minimum already. I'll just explain it...

From the point of the installation of the authentication providers, the log showed messages for the installation of the authentication providers, then 4 "Application Shutting Down" messages, then a message indicating "Install Portal", then another "Application Shutting Down", then "Application Started".

For the "Application Shutting Down" messages, all but the first I mentioned were for "a change to the application level configuration". The first (right after the last authentication provider message) was for a "change to the Bin folder or files contained in it".

That's it.
