Hi Guys

I am testing dnn store 2.0.1, using only the email provider.

But when i am done with my order, and it says that we will contact the costumer should'nt the store 2.01 sendt a simple email confirmation about the order, and mayby some content i would be able to insert?

Ive configured an tested my host SMTP settings and it works fine.
What could be the issue?

The email provider should send an email confirmation to the customer.  The message refers to collecting payment rather than acknowledging the order.

If you're not receiving the confirmation email, the first thing to check is the Store Email setting is valid, as your SMTP server is probably configured to only allow relays from a known domain.

Hi,

Do you use a port number in your SMTP Host setting?

After several years of services dedicated to the community, I begin to be tired to read requests without any form of politeness.

Hi,

When using the email provider, only the Store Email setting is required inside the StoreAdmin module. If you receive the test email from the host settings, then probably your email account do not accept email from an other email address. In this case, try to use the email address used with the host SMTP account.
