Hi,

I'd like to hide the animated progress bar which appears when a postback is performed.

I can see that the function:

Public Shared Function WrapUpdatePanelControl(ByVal objControl As Control, ByVal blnIncludeProgress As Boolean) As Control

has the ability to hide the progress bar but I'm not sure how or where this is called from.

As a work around I have commented out the part of that function that adds the progressbar control to the form and recompiled the dotnetnuke.dll so that it works the way I want, but I'd prefer to not have to do this.

I also tried replacing the progressbar.gif with a blank pixel image but it still affects the layout of the screen.

Any ideas?

Thanks,

David
