I have removed all color property of the all css file usder templates\stylersheet folder.

But all link in my store are in red color? How can I change the color of them?

Depending on which browser you use, download one of the following developer toolbars:

Firebug (for Firefox)

IE Developer Toolbar

Both these tools (although I recommend that you use Firebug) will allow you to click on an element in your browser to examine what styles are being applied to it.  Firebug will even let you apply new styles directly in the browser for testing the effect of your new style classes, though of course you will need to copy these styes into the CSS files that your store uses.
