Hi
In a Right to Left oriented site   (http://hakolbarosh.co.il  the solpart menu submenus are not attached to the main menu. They tend to be shown with a gap from it.
(IE only, in firefox the problem does not exist)
If the windows is resized to a smaller window the submenu is moving from the left side of the main to the right and is hidden under the right window border.
I think it is due to the RTL orientation but am not sure about it.

Any idea how to deal with that?

Thanks,
T.

I am not seeing any difference between the IE rendering and the FireFox one relating to spacing between menus.

Hi John,
Thanks for your prompt reply.
I must apologize that I did not reset the menu to the vertical position before posting.
Anyway, if you open the site in both IE and FF in maximum size, then start resizing the windows to smaller sizes, you'll notice that IE moves the submenu (the 3rd section in the menu has a sub, it is in Hebrew though) to the left.
At certain point of the process you'll see that the submenu in IE looks like disappeared but it actually jumps to the right side of the menu. (look right at the border of the window).

Now, I suspect it is due to the <html dir="rtl"> tag that I must put for the Hebrew to work correctly (Hebrew is right to left ).
Do you have any insight about it?

Also, while trying to work around the problem I tried a horizontal menu but there are too many sections so the menu is stretched way left to the window. Is there a way wrap the menu so it will have more then 1 row?

Thanks a lot,
T.

Looking at the spmenu.js (spm_positionMenu function) I do not believe I added rtl support for vertical menus.  Most likely the issue you are experiencing has to do with the detection of whether or not the menu can fit to the right, and when it finds it cannot it tries on the left.  If you need a vertical menu with rtl that script will need to be updated.

No, there is no way to have the horizontal menu wrap to more than one row.

Thanks,
I must have a vertical menu with RTL since all the sites I build are in Hebrew.
Else, I am (and probably other RTL builders like Arabic and Pharsi) in a very tight position with DNN (only horizontal menu and only few root section in the menu)
Is there any chance for that script to be updated?
If not, do you have any recommendations or work around this issue?

Thanks for your great work.
