make sur to remove the iframe .dll and iframe dataprovider .dll from your /bin directory.

I had to remove both of those, and reports.dll, to get to a "Could not find stored procedure 'dbo.GetHostSettings'" error.  Since this was a test install with multiple third party modules that had been added and removed, I blew it away and installed 4.8.2 from scratch.  If I had more time I would have dug deeper, but it seems silly that for an upgrade I would need to remove DLLs that were installed as part of adding the modules for a core DNN install.  I migrated all the settings from the old web.config, connection strings, machine keys, authentication settings and code directories, there really shouldn't be anything else needed to do an upgrade.
