I have this dnn app working pefectly on my development machine. But then I uploaded the files to the server and tried to get eveything as much the same as possible. I got this error when I tried to run it on line:

First, make sure you don't have IFrame DLL in Bin directory. If that doesn't help, post here again, plz.

Thanks for the tip.

The problem was that my FTP program, instead of overwriting the files, it was making a duplicate by adding _old to the file.

This is what was causing the conflict: files with the same code but different names.

Hope this helps anyone else who may encounter the same problem.

I've been having a very similar problem... but it says:

Compilation Error

Description: An error occurred during the compilation of a resource required to service this request. Please review the following specific error details and modify your source code appropriately.

Compiler Error Message: BC30560: 'DataProvider' is ambiguous in the namespace 'DotNetNuke.Modules.IFrame.Data'.

Source Error:

Line 39: Protected Const ParameterArgumentElement As String = "argument"
Line 40:
Line 41: Private _dataProvider As DataProvider
Line 42:
Line 43: #End Region

Source File: C:\Inetpub\DotNetNuke\App_Code\IFrame\Controller.vb    Line: 41

If I delete both the IFrame.dll files (not sure which one otherwise), I get a similar error on reports... but if I delete that .dll, then I just end up with the Under Construction page.

I can't create my own thread here, been trying and need any help I can get!

The IFrame project was changed from WAP to WSP type in it's latest release. Therefore, you shouldn't have any Iframe DLLs in your installation's Bin directory. In WSP, the code files are not compiled into a DLL at all. If you are getting other errors, please supply some more details and I'll be happy to look into it.
