I am new to dnn and I am trying to configure the store module for my site.

I have been unable to find anywhere that tells what the EmailProvider is used for. If it is for sending order info and creditcard info to an email for the order to be fulfilled manually, that is one of the things I'd like to have.

But my client would like to have the ability to fill the orders manually with a credit card swiper and also through PayPay -- but let the customer decide which way he/she wants to pay: Credit Card (EmailProvider?) or PayPal.

Is there any way to let the customer choose which way he/she would like to pay?

And is EmailProvider what I think it is? If not, what is it for?

Thanks for your help.

David

The email provider stores order information in the database and then sends a notification email to the store owner.  It does not collect card details for later offline processing.

Secondly, the store can only be configured to use one payment gateway at a time, so you cannot let your customers choose.
