how to make at install packed with linq in it.

The problem comes when the database prefix for dnn i difference from the devolopment site.

some have dnn_ other have dnn or nothing but when draging tabels into linq it remember the name.

the is needed some kind of {prefix}tablename replacement.

The next major DotNetNuke release (Cambrian) will add the needed entries to the web.config to support Linq to SQL modules (you do not need anything alterations to run Linq to Objects).

However we currently do not have a plan to handle the object qualifier. One idea is to create special installer and register it wit the Cambrian installer that will read the web.config and get the object qualifier and make the needed replacements.

This will NOT be ready when Cambrian is released. I cannot say when it will be. It would be nice if someone from the community came forward and worked on it.
