I agree with Steve here.  It sounds to me that including the DotNetNuke framework as supporting evidence for your assignment would be akin to including the ASP.NET source (or the .NET framework source, or the Windows server code, or...).  Sure, you relied on its base functionality, but it's not very salient to the value that YOU added.

You'd likely be better off focusing on the markup, script, and code that you added.  This will be on a per-module (and per-skin) basis, and because DotNetNuke does so much work for you, it's unlikely to consist of very many data.  However, you could write a mini-thesis on the interaction between your design activities and the underlying DotNetNuke framework.
