I upgrade DNN from 322 until 482, now I can't registre new user or upgrades anothers when add new users the DNN show the mensage An Unexpected Error Occurred During Registration. Please Contact The Portal Administrator For Futher Information, but I can't see why. Try many register diferent email, all fields is corrects.

I've got the same problem.  We upgraded from 4.5.3 to 4.8.2.  We are still investigating.  I will post if we find anything.

We figured out what our problem was.  We have database trigger that would execute on registration of a new user in dnn that writes user information to another database.  We had a problem with one of the tables in the other db was causing the trigger to fail. Once we corrected the trigger problem everything worked fine.
