Hello,

I've search the forums with no luck thus far on this topic.  Does anyone know of a way that an additional level of security can be configured in DNN?  (More specifically a limited access admin user)  I'd like to allow the web administrator to handle all web site requests w/o worrying that they can completely mess up the site by accident.  Giving them Page Editor Access works for the most part, however there are some function in the admin menu which they would need access to, such as newsletters, user accounts, and maybe a couple others.

Does anyone have any suggestions or experience in handling this situation or something similar?  Any third-party modules that someone can recommend?

Any help is appreciated.

Thanks

Joe

I've used Dave Buckner's TRTControlPanel Module to restrict access to the control panel and admin menu on the site.  You can go to his web site at http://www.davebuckner.com/Default.aspx?tabid=56 to register and download.

The solution is nearly ideal and does everything that I need.  Thanks to Dave!
