Is the DotNetNuke.com marketplace working for anyone today? I've not been able to get in.

Any page under http://marketplace.dotnetnuke.com/ gives me the following error:

AppConfig Table Is NULL!! First, Please re-start your web site, and re-try. If that does not resolve it, please contact support

Description: An unhandled exception occurred during the execution of the current web request. Please review the stack trace for more information about the error and where it originated in the code.
