Restarting does work but it's a pain to do every time you want to delete something.

I just noticed that I don't have this issue on my hosted DNN 4.7 (3essentials - I'm not advertising, just informing). The issue is on my DNN 4.8.2 install hosted on a Server 2003 box that I have physical access to in my office. I'm not sure whether the difference is in the DNN version or the hosting environment. Could anyone else having the file handle release problem please post their DNN version and hosting environment details? F

I'd like to figure this one out rather than just dealing with the work around.
