Some of my users are able to vote in the surveys, some are not. I just switched hosts and I'm getting the error now with random users. Any help is MUCH appreciated!!!

I tested on another site I have that is running on 4.8.2 and it was giving the same error.

After hitting the Submit button on the survey, the following error shows up for the users.

An error has occurred.
Error: [Survey Module Name] is currently unavailable.

Uninstalled, cleared cache, restarted, installed, cleared cache, restarted and added the survey...... same error.

Is it possible that when I moved from one host to the other, not all the .dlls were copied completely? Or is it possible that the folder permissions and virtual directory settings could be limiting some users from voting in the surveys?
