Browse Snowcovered.com for modules and pay attention to submission dates, developer activity, feedback, and communication. also always go through to developer sites when they exist and check for forums and good service there. Fire off questions on the Snowcovered product pages.. anyone who is in active business will respond within a day or two. It's a lot of hard work, but you're obviously going to be paid for it.

Onyak's outlook events is not supported because of the bad state of the core events module for the last few years, however I'm pretty sure the developer will pick it up again now that the Events module is in excellent hands with bugs being knocked down daily.
