I'm trying real hard not to be stupid.  I installed the 4.02 starter kit and got it running fine. But when I'm running it I want to add the Blog and/or Forum module from the admin section but they are missing from the list.  I can't figure this out.  What could I be doing wrong?

Thanks,

Brian

Blog and Forum are separate downloads (on the downloads page)

Download the module and install it through the Host/ModuleDefinitions menu.

I don't see the Host/ModuleDefinitions menu anywhere.  Do these modules which appear to be 3.0 versions install on 4.02?

Thanks,

Brian

If you log into your portal as a SuperUser(host) you will see 'Host' as the far right menu item.  The default superuser login is 'host', as is the password.  Underneath this menu you will see a 'Module Definitions' page.  Here you will see a list of all the current modules installed on your host as well as a link to 'Upload New Module'.  If you click on this screen, you will be able to select the install zip file that you download below and upload/install the new modules.

You can download the modules at the following urls (you will have to be logged into dotnetnuke.com to download):

Blog = http://www.dotnetnuke.com/Default.aspx?tabid=854

Forum = http://www.dotnetnuke.com/Default.aspx?tabid=820
